International Shipping Fees & Returns

International shipping fees for overseas orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an international order requires a return or exchange, all return shipping fees and related costs must be borne by the buyer.

Product Shipping Restrictions
Some of our products contain dairy ingredients (such as whey protein series and latte series products). Whether these products can be shipped internationally depends on the import regulations, quarantine requirements, and customs policies of the destination country.
If an order cannot be cleared through customs, is returned, or must be destroyed due to local regulations, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding that related costs are non-refundable.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import-related charges. These fees are determined by local customs or logistics providers and must be paid by the recipient during customs clearance or delivery.

Personal Information Requirement

If the required information is not provided within the specified time, delivery delays or other handling procedures may occur in accordance with local logistics or customs regulations.

Undeliverable Shipments
If the recipient cannot be contacted, no one is available to receive the package, or the delivery information provided is incomplete or incorrect, the logistics provider may return or dispose of the shipment according to their operational policies after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
In such cases, additional reshipment or refunds will not be available.

Lost Shipments & Force Majeure
Once the order has been handed over to the logistics provider, all subsequent delivery operations will be handled by the carrier.
In the event of delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by logistics operations, customs inspections, natural disasters, policy changes, or other force majeure circumstances, we will assist with shipment inquiries whenever possible; however, compensation cannot be provided.
