Product Shipping Restrictions
Some products available on this website contain dairy ingredients (such as whey protein). Whether these items can be shipped internationally depends on the import regulations, inspection requirements, and customs policies of the destination country.
If an order cannot be cleared through customs, is returned, or must be destroyed due to local regulations, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding that related costs are non-refundable.

For certain countries, logistics providers or customs authorities may require the recipient to provide personal information (such as identification documents, contact phone numbers, or tax identification numbers) in order to complete customs clearance and delivery.

Delivery Time & Order Tracking
Actual delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on logistics operations and customs clearance processes in the destination country. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your reference.
Undeliverable Shipments
If the courier is unable to contact the recipient, no one is available to receive the package, or the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, and delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned or disposed of in accordance with the logistics provider’s policies.
In such cases, we regret that reshipment or refunds cannot be provided.
Lost Shipments & Force Majeure
After the order has been handed over to the logistics provider, the delivery process is managed by the carrier.
In the event of delays, loss, or damage caused by logistics operations, customs inspections, natural disasters, policy changes, or other force majeure circumstances, we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to offer compensation, though we will assist with tracking inquiries where possible.
International Shipping Fees & Returns

If an international order requires a return or exchange, all return shipping and related costs must be borne by the buyer.
